Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
How this fan site handles information. It matches what the pages actually do.
This policy was written for the independent fan website CarX Drift Racing Online 2. It describes the static pages, the scripts that run in your browser, and the contact form. It does not describe the privacy practices of the game CarX Drift Racing 2 or of Google Play.
1. Introduction
CarX Drift Racing Online 2 is an independent fan website about the mobile drift racing game listed on Google Play as CarX Drift Racing 2. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the game's developers or publishers. It does not sell products, take payments, host user accounts, or operate a server that receives form submissions.
The site publishes a correspondence address, a telephone number, and an email address so you can ask a question about these pages. The address is 48 Toh Guan Road East, #01-119 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. The telephone number is +65 6264 3191. The email address is [email protected]. These details are for this fan site. They are not a company registration number, not a registered office of the game, and not the support channel printed on the Google Play listing.
2. Information We Collect
The website collects information only in the narrow ways described below. It does not ask for a password, a payment card, a government identifier, a precise location, or a photo. Browsing the articles, using the search and filters, and opening accordions do not write a profile on a server controlled by this site, because the site does not run such a server.
3. Information Provided Voluntarily
The forms on Contact and Guides, and the short form on the home page, ask for information you choose to type:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Topic;
- Subject, on the longer forms;
- Message, on the longer forms.
The home-page form does not store that information by itself. It carries the name, email, and topic to the Contact page as query parameters in the address bar so the fields can be filled in. Those parameters can remain in the browser history until you clear it. The Contact and Guides forms then store a copy in local storage in that browser, under the key cxdr-notes, up to the twenty most recent entries. The copy includes the fields you submitted. It is visible to anyone who can use the same browser profile and open the saved-message list.
Submitting the Contact or Guides form does two things in the browser. It stores a local copy. It also asks your email program to open a draft addressed to [email protected], with the subject and message you typed. This website does not upload the message to a server of its own. If you send the draft, your email program transmits it to that mailbox. If you close the draft without sending, only the local copy remains. The draft is not addressed to the developers of the game. The home-page form does not open a draft and does not write local storage. It only carries the name, email, and topic to the Contact page in the address bar. The note after submit says a copy was saved and that a draft may have opened. It does not say the message was delivered.
4. Automatically Collected Information
The site's own JavaScript does not record an analytics identifier, an IP address, a device fingerprint, or a browsing history for the publisher. Your browser and your network provider still process the ordinary technical data needed to fetch the files, such as an IP address and a user-agent string. That processing is performed by whoever hosts the files and by your own connection. This policy cannot describe a hosting log the publisher does not operate and has not configured. If a host keeps server logs, those logs are the host's, and this fan site does not claim to review them.
Search text, filter choices, and sort choices on Features and Gallery stay in the page while it is open. They are not written to local storage.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript shipped with this website do not set cookies. They do not read a cookie banner choice, because no optional cookie is used. Local storage is a similar browser technology and is used only after you submit a saving form, as described above. The home-page redirect also places voluntary fields in the URL. Details and the reason there is no consent banner are in the Cookie Policy.
6. How We Use Information
The local copy is used to show the note back to you on the same device. If you send the email draft, the message can be read at the published mailbox and used to understand a question about these pages. The site does not add the address to a mailing list, does not use the note to personalize ads, and does not score visitors. It does not promise that a person will reply. If you never submit a form and never send email, the site has no voluntary record of you beyond an ordinary request for the page files.
7. Legal Bases for Processing, where applicable
This website does not operate a server-side processing activity for form data. Where a privacy law still treats storage on your device as processing that needs a basis, the basis is that you chose to submit the form and the storage is necessary to do the single thing the form offers: keep a local copy. You can refuse that step by not submitting. You can end it by using Remove saved messages, by clearing site data, or by using a private browsing mode that discards storage when the session ends.
The correspondence address is in Singapore. That fact is a place to send a letter. It is not a company registration, not a chosen regulator, and not a statement that a particular privacy statute governs every visitor. The site does not name a registration number.
8. Third-Party Services
Pages are self-contained. Stylesheets, scripts, and illustrations are files in this project. The site does not embed a font service, an analytics script, an advertising script, a comment platform, or a social plugin. The only routine external destination is the link labeled View Game on Google Play, which you follow if you choose to. Leaving for Google Play is covered under external links.
9. Analytics and Advertising
This website does not use analytics tools and does not run advertising. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tags. The Google Play listing for the game says the app contains ads and in-app purchases. That statement is about the game, not about these pages. Nothing on this fan site is a paid placement, and the site does not share a visitor profile with an ad network.
10. Data Sharing
The publisher does not receive the form contents through the website, and it does not sell or rent them. If you send the email draft, your email provider transmits the contents to [email protected]. That step is made by your mail program. Local storage remains on your device until you remove it. If you use browser sync, a shared computer, or a backup tool, your own provider may copy that storage under its own terms. Query parameters on the Contact URL can be stored by the browser history and could be visible to someone who can see that history. Do not put secrets in the form or in the draft.
11. Data Retention
A saved message stays in local storage until you remove it, until you clear the site's data, or until the browser drops it. The script keeps at most twenty entries and drops older ones when a new one is saved. The publisher has no separate archive and no retention schedule beyond that, because the publisher does not hold the copies. URL parameters remain according to your browser's history settings.
12. Data Security
Local storage is not encrypted by this website. Anyone with access to the browser profile can read the saved messages with the page's own list or with the browser's developer tools. Do not use the form on a shared or public computer if the note should stay private. Do not include passwords, payment numbers, or information about someone else. The site cannot promise a security certification, a breach-notice program, or a recovery process for data it never receives.
13. User Privacy Rights
Because the saved copy is already on your device, the practical way to access it is to open Contact or Guides and read the list. The practical way to delete it is the Remove saved messages button, or your browser's site-data controls. The practical way to correct it is to delete the entry and save a new one. The publisher cannot export, correct, or erase a copy it does not hold, and it cannot identify you from a server log it does not keep.
If a law where you live gives you rights against a website operator, those rights are not waived by this paragraph. For a message you actually sent, you can write to [email protected], call +65 6264 3191, or post to 48 Toh Guan Road East, #01-119 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586, and ask for access, correction, or deletion of that received copy. The publisher cannot export or erase the browser copy from a distance. Rights you may have against your browser vendor, your network provider, your email provider, or Google when you open the store listing are outside this policy.
14. International Data Transfers
The website itself does not upload form contents, so it does not run a form-data transfer of its own. If you send the email draft, your email provider may route that message across borders on the way to the mailbox. Your own request for the page files may also cross borders depending on where you are and where the files are hosted. The publisher does not select a hosting region on these pages and does not attach standard contractual clauses to a form upload, because the pages do not upload the form.
15. Children's Privacy
The fan site is a general reading site about a driving game. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. The store listing used while writing these pages shows an Everyone content label for the game. That label is not a statement that this website is made for children. If you are a parent and a child has saved a message on a device you control, use Remove saved messages or clear the browser data. The publisher cannot delete it remotely.
16. External Links
The link View Game on Google Play opens https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.carxtech.carxdr2. Google Play is a separate service with its own privacy policy. This fan site does not control that service, does not receive data Google may collect there, and does not link to other game stores. Follow the link only if you want to leave this website.
17. Changes to This Policy
This version was rewritten because the site now publishes a correspondence address, a telephone number, and an email address, and because the Contact and Guides forms can open an email draft. The site still has no analytics tag, no advertising script, no cookie, no account system, and no server that receives the form. A later change will be posted on this same page. The site does not email a notice of changes, because it has no mailing list.
18. Contact Information
Privacy questions about these pages can be written to [email protected], telephoned on +65 6264 3191, or posted to 48 Toh Guan Road East, #01-119 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. The Contact form stores a local copy and can open a draft to that same email address. The draft is not sent until you send it, and a reply is not guaranteed. For questions about the game itself, use the support information on the Google Play listing, which this fan site does not operate.

A plain-language walkthrough of this policy
The numbered sections above are the policy. This walkthrough follows the same order in everyday language so a heading is not the only explanation of a limit. It does not add a new collection practice. If a sentence here and a numbered section ever disagree, the numbered section is the one to follow, and the disagreement is a mistake you can report to [email protected].
The site is an independent fan website about the game Google Play lists as CarX Drift Racing 2. It does not sell anything, take a payment, host an account, or run a server that receives the form. It does publish a correspondence address at 48 Toh Guan Road East, #01-119 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586, a telephone number at +65 6264 3191, and the email address above. Those details let you ask about these pages. They are not a company number and they are not the game developer's support line. The Singapore address is a place to send a letter. It is not a choice of regulator.
Browsing does not build a profile for the publisher. Search boxes, filters, and accordions stay in the open page. The site's JavaScript does not record an analytics id or an advertising profile. Your browser and your network still handle the ordinary technical data needed to fetch files. This policy cannot describe a hosting log the publisher does not configure. Cookies are not set by these files. Local storage is the similar technology, and it is used only after you submit Contact or Guides. The key is cxdr-notes. The list holds at most twenty notes. The home-page form does not write that key. It only puts your name, email, and topic into the Contact address so the fields can be prefilled, and that address can remain in browser history.
Submitting Contact or Guides also opens an email draft to the fan-site address. The website does not upload the text. If you send the draft, your email program does the transmitting, and the message can be read at that mailbox for the purpose of understanding a question about these pages. If you close the draft, only the local copy remains. The draft is not addressed to the developers of the game. The site does not add you to a mailing list and does not promise a reply. Do not put secrets in the form. The local copy is visible to anyone who can use the browser profile, and a sent email is visible to the mailbox and to your email provider.
You can read the local list on Contact or Guides, delete it with Remove saved messages, or clear site data in the browser. You can correct it by deleting the entry and saving a new one. The publisher cannot erase that browser copy from a distance. If you already sent the email, you can write, call, or post to the details in this policy and ask about the received copy. Rights you have against your browser vendor, your email provider, your network, or Google are outside this fan site. Children's information is not requested. A parent who finds a saved note on a device they control can delete it locally, and can write to the mailbox about a message that was actually sent.
External links are limited to the Google Play listing for the app id com.carxtech.carxdr2, under the label View Game on Google Play. Google has its own policy. This site does not receive data Google collects there. International transfers of page files depend on where you are and where the files are hosted. The publisher does not attach a transfer contract to a form upload, because the pages do not upload the form. An email you choose to send may cross borders under your provider's routing. That route is not operated by this website.
This version of the policy was rewritten when the address, the phone number, and the email address were published and when the forms began opening a draft. The site still has no analytics tag, no advertising script, no cookie, and no account. A later change belongs on this page. It will not be sent as a newsletter, because there is no mailing list. The cookie policy and the terms describe the neighboring rules: storage that is not a cookie, and the use of the articles. Use those pages for those subjects, and use this one for personal information.
If you want the shortest version: the site remembers a note only in your browser, it can open a draft you must send yourself, and the published contacts are for the fan site alone. Nothing in the walkthrough creates a purchase, a rating, or a game account. Nothing in it asks you to treat the JPEG illustrations as screenshots. Those content limits live on the articles. This policy only covers what the pages do with information you type or with information a network creates when files are fetched.
